Palworld Bounty Targets: Every Wanted NPC, Reward & Location

6 min readUpdated 2026-08-13

Palworld's Palpagos Islands have a crime problem — 32 of them, to be exact, since that's the head count on the PIDF's wanted list. These aren't generic bandits; each one is a named human NPC with their own rap sheet ("Cattle Rustler," "Insurance Fraud," "Pineapple Pizza Enthusiast" — okay, that last one's a stretch for a bounty), a fixed spot on the map, and sometimes a Pal who didn't get the memo about being an accessory to a crime. Here's how the system actually works, without me re-listing all 32 stat blocks you can already find on the bounty roster.

How You Actually Get a Bounty

Bounty targets aren't handed out from some literal corkboard with pushpins, despite what "Bounty Board" implies — they're already standing out there in the world at fixed coordinates, committing their crimes, waiting for someone to notice. What actually gets one onto your compass is talking to a Bounty Intel Dealer in a settlement; they'll flag the outlaws operating in that region so a wanted-hood icon shows up on your map instead of you just stumbling into a level 57 problem blind. Once you're pointed at one, they fight (or get captured) like a mini-boss — big red HP bar up top, no negotiating. Beat them and they respawn after a set amount of time, so nothing on this list is a one-and-done encounter.

What Successful Bounty Tokens Are Actually For

Every bounty target drops a guaranteed Successful Bounty Token on defeat or capture — no RNG, no missing the drop because you looted too fast. The count varies by target (more on that below), but the token itself only means something once you hand it to the PIDF Bounty Officer, stationed at Small Settlement, Duneshelter, and Fisherman's Point. That's where tokens convert into Gold Coins, a Pal Reverser, Kinship Peach, stat fruits like Life Fruit and Ripe Starfruit, and a shelf of passive-skill Implants — genuinely one of the better token-to-reward exchange rates in the game, assuming you survive earning them.

How Difficulty Scales

The 32 targets run from level 10 (Scoot, a Dine-and-Dasher not worth losing sleep over) up to level 59 (Ram, who I'll get to). Token payouts track roughly with that curve: ten targets pay a single token, another nine pay two, six pay three, six pay four, and exactly one — Ram — pays five. The variable that doesn't show up in a level number is backup: ten of the 32 bring a partner Pal into the fight with them, which turns a straightforward duel into a two-front problem if you're not ready for it.

That spread, from Mozzarina to Chillet Ignis, is a decent gut check for how much a "partner Pal" can vary — one's a dairy cow, the other's a Fire/Dragon variant you don't want to meet solo at level 52.

A Few Named Targets Worth Knowing

You don't need me to re-run all 32 rap sheets — that's what the bounty roster is for — but a handful are worth knowing by name before you go in blind. Scoot is level 10 with no partner, the easiest and lowest-level target in the game, and a fine first bounty. Lasso, a level 21 Cattle Rustler running with a Mozzarina, is about as gentle as a partner-Pal fight gets. Crash, level 15, is wanted for Insurance Fraud — a crime I did not know Palworld had opinions about — and brings a Direhowl. Turncoat, also level 15, carries the title "Bounty Hunter Hunter," which is either a great joke or a warning label, and I'm still not sure which. Nimble, level 52, is a Dango Thief running with a Chillet Ignis — don't underestimate a bounty just because the crime is dessert theft. And then there's Ram: level 59, wanted for Breaking and Entering, backed by an Omascul, and the only 5-token payout on the entire board. Budget accordingly.

Every target above, plus the other 26 I didn't have room for, has its own page with an exact map pin, reward count, and partner Pal if it has one — or pull up the interactive map and toggle the bounty layer to see the whole board at once.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many bounty targets are in Palworld?

32 named human outlaws, spanning level 10 to level 59 across the Palpagos Islands.

How do you find bounty targets in Palworld?

Talk to a Bounty Intel Dealer in a settlement to get nearby outlaws flagged on your map, or check the bounty roster or interactive map directly since every target's location is fixed.

What do you spend Successful Bounty Tokens on?

Trade them to a PIDF Bounty Officer at Small Settlement, Duneshelter, or Fisherman's Point for Gold Coins, stat fruits like Life Fruit and Ripe Starfruit, Kinship Peach, Pal Reverser, and passive-skill Implants.

Do bounty targets respawn after you defeat them?

Yes — each one respawns after a set amount of time, so the same target is farmable repeatedly rather than a one-time encounter.
