These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Innosquares Limited's services, including our SoundType AI (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if different. If you do not meet this requirement, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

5. Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Service, without prior notice, if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Innosquares Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Innosquares Limited does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

In no event shall Innosquares Limited, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Innosquares Limited, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Hong Kong to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.
